DELIVERY

All artworks are only printed after the order is placed. Therefore, you need to take into account the printing time (which depends on the availability of my printer) and the delivery time. This can vary between 1 to 2 weeks.
Different options are available: delivery to a relay point (depending on the country) and hand delivery with signature.
Shipping fees are free to relay points (when available) for purchases up to €150. Beyond that, you only pay for insurance fees. For signature-required shipments, prices vary depending on the weight of the order and are displayed during payment.
Express shipping is sometimes available depending on the destination. You can contact me if you need it. The amount will be indicated before finalizing the purchase.
Once shipped, you will receive a link by email with the tracking number. If not received, please contact me via the contact form.
Yes, shipping to other countries whether in the EU or worldwide is available. If your place of residence is not available, please contact me via the contact form.
The tracking link may take up to 48 hours after the shipping confirmation email to become active.
Unfortunately, the package will be returned, and you will have to pay shipping fees again for a new shipment.

RETURNS & CLAIMS

In accordance with Article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal for a period of fourteen (14) working days, from the date of receipt of the order, to return your order without having to justify any reasons or pay penalties.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom print orders, in accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28, 3° of the Consumer Code.

Only artworks returned in their entirety, in their complete and intact original packaging, and in perfect resale condition will be accepted.

Any artwork that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been deteriorated will not be refunded or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, except for the cost of return.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, I will proceed with the refund as soon as possible upon receipt of the artwork using the same payment method as the one you used for the initial transaction.

In accordance with the applicable law, the delivery of the Artworks entails the transfer of the risks of loss or damage.

Upon delivery, you must check the artworks upon arrival and make any reservations on the delivery note and notify me within 3 working days following the delivery. All packages are insured, so there is no concern in refusing them. The carrier will be obliged to reimburse them, and we will reprint the artworks and resend them.

Otherwise, you will be deemed to have received the delivered artworks in perfect condition, and no claim will be admissible.

You can request a refund by filling out the withdrawal form found at the end of the Terms and Conditions and sending it by email or via the contact form.

Artworks must be returned in their entirety, in their complete and intact original packaging, and in perfect condition. Any artwork that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been deteriorated will not be refunded or exchanged.

There are no fees associated with exercising the right of withdrawal; however, the shipping costs for the return remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Unfortunately, artworks cannot be exchanged once ordered.

ORDERS

If you have placed an order without receiving an email confirmation, it is possible that your email address is incorrect. Contact me via the contact form to update your information and receive confirmation.
An order confirmation will be sent by email to the address provided. Check your spam folder and wait up to 24 hours. If still nothing, contact me via the contact form.
Contact me quickly to correct any errors (delivery address, email, phone, etc.). If this affects the delivery and your order has already been shipped, additional fees may be your responsibility.
Since printing is not usually started right away, it is possible to modify your order, but this is not guaranteed. These changes may result in an adjustment to the price and delivery time.
Prints are only made upon order. This can take a few days but can also take up to 1 week or 10 days depending on the availability of my printer. Then, the package is handed over to the delivery company. The delivery time is generally between 3 and 8 days for the most distant destinations.

PAYMENT

Yes, you can pay for your purchases with VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
No, we cannot offer you the option to pay for your purchases with PayPal.
Yes, you can choose Credit Card as a payment method during checkout.
Yes, you can pay for your purchases with ApplePay.

THE ARTWORKS

Fine art prints differ from standard prints through the use of high-quality art papers and pigmented inks, as well as their limited edition, signed and numbered, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. This type of printing ensures fade resistance and superior durability, often used by museums and galleries to preserve works for several decades.
In addition to the fact that there are only limited editions of up to 30 copies, which gives the prints the status of works of art and much more value, the high-resolution pigmented ink printing gives a high-quality result and ensures resistance and longevity to the works. The same goes for the "fine art" paper, which is of higher quality compared to posters and other classic prints, and reproduces colors incomparably. By choosing an art print, you are investing in a beautiful object for yourself or your loved ones.

Have you seen a photo on my Instagram account that is not on the website? Would you like a specific location? A theme? (Nature, Seasons, Animals, City, Food, Temples, etc.) I have traveled to many places in Japan over the years, taken countless photographs that I cannot all offer on my website, but I can perfectly offer them for a personalized request.
These orders are even more exclusive and have even more value, as they will only exist in a single signed and numbered copy.

Thanks to the expertise of the master printer I work with and numerous tests, we finally chose to print on Breathing Color Elegance Velvet Platinum 300g Fine Art paper, a slightly textured paper that reproduces light, colors, details, and emotions of photos in an incredible way.
All prints are made on Breathing Color Elegance Velvet Platinum 300g fine art paper. However, if you have another paper preference (glossy, for example) or if you would like a rigid aluminum Dibond or Plexiglas support or any other request, I can certainly accommodate them. Do not hesitate to send me an email or go through the commission form to submit your request.

 On the website, you have a choice between three formats: 2030cm, 3040cm, and 40*50cm.

However, I can print larger formats upon request. To do this, simply send me an email or go through the contact form.

No. By default, I do not sell frames with my prints. But you can always ask me.
Each print is printed with a white margin of approximately 3cm on each side. Therefore, you can purchase a frame of the same size as your print without even needing a mat, depending on your preference.
To properly preserve your prints, it is important to keep them in a stable temperature and humidity environment, protected from pollutants, insects, and dust.
Yes. Your print belongs to you and you can decide to resell it, in which case you must also provide the certificate of authenticity to the new buyer.
No. The sale of a work on the website does not include the transfer or assignment of copyright relating to its creation. The Artist remains the sole and unique holder of the rights of representation and reproduction of their works, and their authorization is required for any exploitation of these rights.

The Client acquires the work for private use, excluding any public representation and reproduction rights.

If a request or proposal to exhibit the work is made to the Client, they must obtain the Artist's agreement and conditions in this regard.

In the case of a professional purchasing a work intending to display it in a passageway or reception area, they must obtain the Artist's agreement for this presentation.
